LEGAL / TERMS
TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern use of the BROKEBRO website, Passport, BROKE ID, contribution review, XP, and related community services.
01 Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using BROKEBRO services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 Experimental community product
BROKEBRO is an early, community-built product. Features may change, pause, or fail. Availability, timelines, rankings, integrations, and future functionality are not guaranteed. We may run controlled tests before enabling broader access.
03 No financial promise
$BROKE is a highly speculative meme token. BROKE ID, Passport status, XP, badges, verified contributions, Seasons, rankings, or community roles are not money, equity, ownership, investment returns, token entitlements, airdrop rights, or promises of future rewards. Nothing on the service is financial, legal, or tax advice.
04 Identity and account rules
- One verified X identity may receive only one Passport and one permanent BROKE ID.
- You must not impersonate another person, automate fake accounts, evade a retirement or restriction, or manipulate First 100 status.
- You are responsible for protecting access to your X and Supabase authentication sessions.
- Never provide a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or device access to anyone claiming to be BROKEBRO support.
05 Contributions and proof
You may submit original, lawful work that you have the right to share. By submitting content, you grant BROKEBRO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, and display it as reasonably needed to operate the Passport, contribution history, community channels, and related project communications. You keep ownership of your original work.
Do not submit confidential information, unlawful material, malicious links, copied work, personal information about others without permission, or proof that violates a platform's rules. Visibility choices determine what the public product may display, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
06 Review, XP, and permanent history
Contributions are reviewed manually during soft launch. BROKEBRO may approve, reject, or retract a contribution to protect quality and integrity. XP represents the recorded weight of verified work; it has no cash value and is not transferable. Approved or retracted history may remain as an integrity record rather than being silently deleted.
07 Prohibited conduct
- Spam, harassment, threats, hate, fraud, phishing, malware, or illegal activity.
- Fake engagement, bots, duplicate identities, forged proof, copied submissions, or attempts to award XP twice.
- Probing, bypassing, or disrupting authentication, rate limits, access controls, privacy settings, or databases.
- Misrepresenting an unofficial offer, promotion, partnership, price claim, or reward as an official BROKEBRO statement.
08 Moderation and access
We may reject submissions, limit features, retire a Passport, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure the product. A retired BROKE ID is not reassigned to another user.
09 Third-party services
The service links to or depends on third parties such as X, Supabase, Telegram, Pump.fun, Solana tools, and hosting providers. Their services, content, outages, transactions, and policies are outside BROKEBRO's control. Always verify official links and the token contract independently.
10 Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. BROKEBRO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, token value, liquidity, market demand, listings, rewards, or any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BROKEBRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative trading losses arising from use of the service or third parties.
11 Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be published with a revised date. Questions may be sent through the official X account @BrokeBroSOL.
